Christmas Eve Dinner in DallasChristmas Eve dinner is one of the most memorable times of the holiday season. It’s a time where (hopefully) everyone can take a moment to breath after all the holiday madness, let someone else do the cooking, and just enjoy the company of family and friends. But make those reservations quickly or you might end up eating at Wendy’s. Not that that would be so bad…

Central 214 in Hotel Palomar

Chef Graham Dodds’ Christmas Eve Dinner includes Sunchoke Bisque, Red Wattle Duo, Franconia Braised Short Ribs, a Yule Log and Texas South Nog.

I’d go just for the Nog.

The Grape

The tradition continues with a full a la carte menu along with holiday-inspired specials. Bon appetite!

Meddlesome Moth

Chef Specials accompany their regular menu on Christmas Eve and, of course, great beer.

Dragonfly

There don’t appear to be any specials here that evening, but I love Dragonfly and it’s open for Christmas Eve so that was all I needed.

Mesa Veracruz Coastal Cuisine

Treat yourself. $85 for a pre-fix menu and a free wine bottle. The same promotion is being offered on New Year’s Eve. Head to CraveDFW for the full menu.

Mignon

There’s no free wine bottle, but it’s hard to beat a fantastic three-course meal including Crème Brulee, Lobster Bisque, and Rack of Lamb for $59.95 per person. Check out the full menu here.

Arcodoro & Pomodoro

Nothing brings families together than the warmth of Italian tradition and great food. Chef Giancarlo is creating what are sure to be some wonderful Italian Specials especially for the holidays.
